Idaho Department of Lands (IDL) is committed to conducting open and transparent government business. Access IDL Online Customer Service supports this commitment by providing Idaho citizens direct access to digital maps, state endowment trust land activity records, and available leasing opportunities. Customers may register with IDL to gain access to their customer accounts, conduct online business transactions, and submit account payments.

Activity Map is an interactive map tool providing users the ability to search, select, view, print maps and gain access to information about endowment land, lease and permit activity, state owned water rights, and encroachments on Idaho’s navigable lakes and rivers.

Activity Report is an interactive report tool providing users the ability to search, select, view and print current or historical endowment land documents such as deeds, easements, and disclaimers.

Leasing Opportunities is an interactive map providing users the ability to search, select, and view additional information on proposed state land leases currently open for application, expiring lease opportunities, and upcoming state lease public auctions. Customer may also submit a Lease Inquiry by selecting specific state land parcels on the Leasing Opportunities map and providing personal contact information. Supervisory Area staff will review the submitted lease proposal and contact the individual interested in leasing endowment lands.

Mine Activity (coming soon) provides an interactive map with direct access to state authorized and regulated mine Reclamation Plans and Dredge & Placer Permits with the ability to search, select, view and print documents. Submission of a Public Records Request is no longer required.

Encroachment Permits (coming soon) provides an interactive map with direct access to state authorized and regulated Encroachment Permits located on Idaho’s navigable lakes and rivers with the ability to search, select, view and print documents. Submission of a Public Records Request is no longer required.
