Activity Report Controls

Township / Range / Section

The two text boxes, 'Township and Range' and 'Section' provide a way to directly query a defined portion of land using Public Land Survey System information

Ownership

The Ownership drop down box will filter out all but those selected

Activity

The Activity Type drop down box will filter out all but those selected

Instrument Number

The instrument # text box provides a way to directly query a specific activity by instrument number

Remarks

The Remarks text box provides a way to query specific text that may be in the Remarks field of the record

Search

Generates the manual query

Clear

Clears the text boxes and resets the Filters to All

 

Activity Report Results

Subsection

The Public Land Survey System Subsections within a Section are represented graphically by a four-by-four grid. Dark colored squares represent Subsections with an activity as reflected in the current row of information. Light colored squares represent Subsections without an activity.

Township & Range

Identifies the Public Land Survey System Township and Range for that row of information

Section

Identifies the Public Land Survey System Section for that row of information

Start Date

The date the activity came into effect upon the portion of land referenced in the current row of information

End Date

The date the activity ceased to effect the portion of land referenced in the current row of information

Ownership

The endowment, agency, or organization which benefits from the activity

Activity

The type of activity that occurred upon the portion of land referenced in the current row of information

Instrument Number

An internal tracking identifier which uniquely identifies the activity

Acquired Acres

Total acreage associated with an acquisition activity

Sale Acres

Total acreage associated with a sale or disposal activity

 

Print / Export

To print Activity Report, Right Click on report view.


To Export Activity Report, select the Export drop down menu, and choose the appropriate format. NOTE: CSV will export report data into Excel fields which will allow Excel functions to be performed easily, whereas Excel will export a table view of the report.
